Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over €50 within Germany and Austria. For Switzerland, the UK, and the rest of Europe, free shipping applies to orders over €100.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery to Germany takes 3-4 working days, to Austria 4-6 working days, to Switzerland & UK 5-8 working days. We deliver to other European countries within 6-10 working days and the rest of the world within 10-20 working days.
All items are produced in Germany before being shipped. The production time is already included in the above-mentioned periods. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the shipping provider and destination.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Orders outside the EU - Customs information
Orders shipped outside the European Union — including Switzerland, USA, and all other non-EU countries — may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by the respective local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
For orders to the United Kingdom, all applicable customs duties and import taxes are already included in the checkout price. No further costs will be incurred upon delivery.
What materials are used?
Our pieces are made from high-quality organic cotton, fairly sourced and quality-tested in Germany. Some styles also contain recycled materials. Soft, high-quality, and made to last.
How do I care for my product?
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print. If you follow these steps, your piece will stay beautiful longer.
What if a part doesn't fit or I don't like it?
You can return your order within 14 days. Please note: The customer bears the return shipping costs. As soon as the item has arrived back with us, we will refund you the full purchase price.
What if my item arrives damaged or with a misprint?
We're so sorry, that should never happen. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of it - either with a replacement or a full refund.
